About eSIMHops
eSIMHops answers one question: which travel eSIM should you buy when the trip crosses more than one country.
Most comparison sites work country by country. You pick Spain and see plans for Spain. That leaves the traveler doing Spain, Morocco and Italy in fifteen days to open the country list of every "Europe" plan, find out Morocco is not on it, and do the arithmetic by hand.
What the site does
The route planner takes your stops in order, the days in each and how you use data. It then prices three things with the plans in our database: the cheapest single plan that covers every stop, the cheapest set of one plan per country, and the cheapest mix of the two.
Country and region pages use the same database. Each plan is shown with the same fields: provider, countries covered, data, validity, price, price per gigabyte, hotspot, when validity starts and whether you can top up.
Where the data comes from
Plans, prices and country lists are read from each provider's own website. Every page shows the date of the last check. The details are in how we compare.
What we are not
We do not sell eSIMs, and we are not a mobile operator. You buy from the provider, and the provider is responsible for the service. There are no accounts on this site, no app and no mailing list.
