What to know about mobile data in the Czech Republic
The Czech Republic is in the EU roaming area and closed 3G early. Vodafone switched its network off on 31 March 2021, and O2 and T-Mobile finished on 30 November 2021, with 2G kept running for calls. Every neighbour, Germany, Austria, Poland and Slovakia, is also in the EU regime, which makes this one of the simpler stops on a Central Europe route. Prague is usually combined with Vienna, Budapest or Berlin, so the plan has to match the route.
