Questions people ask before a multi-country trip

Is one regional eSIM cheaper than buying one per country?

It depends on the route. A regional plan usually wins when you cross three or more countries it covers. With two countries, or when one stop sits outside the region (Morocco on a Europe trip, for example), separate plans or a mix are often cheaper. The route planner prices each option with current plans.

Does a Europe eSIM cover every European country?

No. Each provider has its own list. Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Turkey and the Balkan countries are the usual differences. Our Europe page shows the list of each plan, country by country.

Does eSIMHops sell eSIMs?

No. We compare plans and send you to the provider's own page to buy. Payment, activation and support are handled by the provider. Results are ordered by price and fit to your route.

Do I need an account to use the planner?

No. There is no sign-up, no app and no email capture. You add your stops, see the options and go to the provider to buy.

Plan the connection like you plan the trip.
